How soon do you ship my order?

Orders are shipped within 1 business day. The cutoff time for "Next Business Day" shipping is 5PM (MST).

How long will my order take to arrive?

U.S. Orders: Transit time for your order depends on the shipping method you choose. Parcel Post / 1st Class / Ground typically takes 5 - 10 days in transit. USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2-3 business days in transit. Express Mail takes 1-2 business days in-transit ("Overnight to most areas") after being shipped. Weekends, holidays, and seasonal delays may affect these estimates.

Can you ship my order "Express" or "Overnight"?

We do offer the option of Express Mail through USPS (USA orders only). This service is "Overnight to most areas" and orders are shipped within 1 business day. (Cutoff time for Next Business Day shipping is 5PM MST).

I don't want to use my credit card on the internet. How else can I place an order with you?

When you place an order through our website, your credit card information is kept safe -- in fact, we never even see it! Placing your order through the website is not only safe, it also helps insure that you receive exactly what you intend to order, and that your package is addressed correctly.

We DO take Money Orders. Complete your order online, and choose the "Money Order" payment option. Then, mail your payment to:

We DO take FAX orders. To do so, we ask that you still place the order through the website, and choose "FAX Credit Card Info" as the payment method. Then, fax the following to (480) 247-4636:

  • Your credit card number
  • The card's expiration date
  • The name exactly as it appears on the card, and
  • The last 3 digits on the back of the card (or 4 digits on the front if it's an AMEX card)

We DO NOT take phone orders. This is for security and order accuracy. We encourage our customers to either place your order with us online (see why this is safe), or use the FAX or Money Order options detailed above.

I want an item that shows as out of stock. May I order it anyway?

Sorry, we cannot accept orders for items that are temporarily out of stock.

I live outside of the U.S. Can I order from you?

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.

Is your Harry Potter merchandise officially licensed?

Yes, all of our Harry Potter products are genuine, officially licensed through Warner Brothers. We do not sell knock-offs or imitations.
